Super friendly and helpful staff! The office is beautiful and very clean. I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Nagsuk. He took time to have a thorough consult with me. I feel confidence and excited about my Botox treatment today. Will be returning for future Botox and fillers services!

Great place to get cosmetics. My friends had recommended I come here. I’m from st Pete and was in town for business, but I had two procedures done and I love the work. I tried different products then what i usually get and was not disappointed! I usually go to Juvederm for my lips but Carol at Innova suggested I try Versa. She explained everything so well to me and I was convinced so I got it. She was really quick and efficient, talking to me the whole time and making sure I was comfortable. I’m a baby when it comes to my injections and she was very gentle while injecting my lips. Usually it hurts way worse, but my lips were barely hurting when I left. I also tried Jueveau (Newtox?), mainly because they had a deal on the Jueveau and Versa. I was originally going for Botox and juvederm but I’m so happy I listened to Carol and took them up on saving the money and trying something different. This goes to show they’re not just trying to sell stuff. This team genuinely wants you to look your best at VERY fair prices. Definitely recommend this place and I told my friends how happy i was, and they gave me the “told you so.”

I had my lip fillers done 1 week ago at the winter park office with Dr Phillip, he was very kind and attentive. This is my second time getting lip fillers but it's the first time it didn't hurt at all. Totally recommended, the place is very clean, the staff very friendly and excellent customer service. I will definitely come back
